News

The Royal Decree specifying the model of the income year 2001 non-resident tax return was published on 13 September 2002 in the Official Gazette.

For the last time, the taxpayer will have the choice to complete his/her tax return in Belgian Francs or in Euros.

According to recent informal contacts with the tax authorities, the tax returns should be sent to the taxpayers on 4 October 2002 with a due date of 29 November 2002.
