Tax year 2004 indexed amounts

 

Context

As explained in our PTX Headline of 24 December 2002(*), some measures of the personal tax reform Act of 10 August 2001 with other legislation entered into force for income of 2003, tax year 2004. In addition, annual indexation must also be applied on base amounts.

News

The new and indexed income tax brackets, business lump-sum expenses brackets and personal deduction brackets for income of 2003 (tax year 2004) were published today in the Official Gazette.
