Income year 2002 resident tax return: due date 29 August 2003

Context

As you know, the income year 2002 resident tax return was published on 19 March 2003 in the Official Gazette, and was originally due for 31 July 2003.

News

The Minister of Finance Didier Reynders issued a press release yesterday postponing the due date for the filing of the tax return to 29 August 2003, to permit a larger use of the new on-line filing system “tax-on-web”. The postponement also applies to the original paper tax returns and to the printed PDF ones (see our PTX Headline of 20 March 2003*).

He also stated that the corporate tax returns are due for 29 August 2003 at the latest too.
