Income year 2002 non-resident tax return published

News

The Royal Decree specifying the model of the income year 2002 non-resident tax return was published today in the Official Gazette.

The due date is not yet known, but from informal contacts we have had with the tax authorities, it should be mid or end October 2003.

For the first time, the non resident taxpayer will be able to download the tax return from the tax administration web site, to complete it on-screen and to print it (home). He/she (and spouse, if applicable) finally must sign and date the printed tax return and send it back (by post) to the tax authorities along with the signed and dated official paper version received by (normal) post.
