Non-Resident Tax Return 2004 – due date 14 January 2005

 

Context

As you know, the income year 2003 non-resident tax return was published on 28 October 2004 in the Official Gazette. These tax returns were originally to be filed with the tax authorities by 17 December 2004 (*).

News

Yesterday, the Minister of Finance Didier Reynders issued a press release communicating that those tax returns were to be filed by 14 January 2005 since the distribution process of the tax forms has been delayed.
