News

During a press conference today, the Minister of Finance Didier Reynders has announced that 30 June 2005 will be the due date for filing the tax returns.

The layout of the new tax return has changed completely to enable scanning of the tax returns and to implement the last phase of the 2001 personal tax reform.

Compared to last year, lodging PDF tax returns is not possible anymore, but “Tax On Web”, the fully on-line tax return filing system has been improved and will be available as of 30 May 2005. “Tax On Web” proposes the full tax return (parts 1 and 2) and is accessible also to proxy holders.
