New VAT regime for company cars – update

On 28 October 2011 we informed you that the VAT authorities have taken a new position on the deductibility of VAT related to company cars that are also used for private purposes.

This headline is to inform you that the VAT authorities have decided to postpone the application of their new position until further notice.
